TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) All items are on-hand unless stated otherwise.
2) Only claim if you're 127% sure.
3) PAYO is prioritized. I usually give 3-day reservation for sure buyers, but a down payment depending on the price of the item, (non-refundable) will be required to avoid joy reservers.
4) I charge ₱15 for packing fee + ₱10 per additional toploader, for photocards and ₱25 for dolls or bigger items unless stated free.
5) Late payment fee is ₱50 per day.
6) Strictly no cancellations once your claim is acknowledged (noted/yours). Cancellation Fee is 50% of each item’s price. Bogus buyers will be posted.
7) For direct couriers, local shipping fee must be paid (PAYO) before booking for pick up/drop off.
8) Make sure to settle all payments, fill out the shipping form, and checkout as soon as possible. Failure to do so within 1 month grants me the right to dispose of the item(s) or put them up for sale again. Items that have exceeded the storage period will no longer be shipped out. No refunds will be issued, and no further notice will be given.
9) I will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay during shipment and refund will not be given for the said reason. But, rest assured that your item(s) will be packed with love and care.
10) Please, do take an unboxing video. No unboxing video = No refund (in case of missing item/s). Unboxing video should be clear, uncut, and raw, showing the waybill and all sides of the package.Asking questions is FREE, do not hesitate to send me a dm. 1) My account is NOT a claims account. I only do KR claims every once in a while. I am also open to yangdo/bunjang pabili and pahanap.2) For pabili: You have the full responsibility to check the legitimacy of the seller. I will also do so but I won’t be liable if they end up being a scammer. Hence, you will not be refunded or compensated.3) ETA: Most KR claims, pahanap, and pabili are currently under Semi-Fast ETA (2-3 weeks AFTER shipout from KR). FETA also available (1-2 days AFTER ship out from KR). Please keep in mind that unexpected delays may occur.4) DO NOT CLAIM IF IMPATIENT. I don’t have a fixed SFETA box ship out schedule (I post/send updates) and my consol’s FETA box ship out to PH is every 2 weeks. Hence, some items might stay at my KR address for weeks and some might only stay for a few days. You can ask me for the ETA but it will not always be 100% accurate due to unforeseen delays.5) Updates: Please note that I don’t usually post/send KR address arrivals unless it’s a big batch or there are delays. Please do send me a DM if you want to know if your items have arrived at my KR address already. Next official update will be the schedule of ship out to PH.6) Do not claim if sensitive to flaws. I won't be liable for any undisclosed flaws and you will not be refunded for the said reason.7) It will take 2-4 days for each batch to arrive at my address once it arrives in PH. I am asking for your patience.8) In the event of sudden customs inspections, any fees incurred will be equally divided among the buyers.9) Video condition will be sent upon request only.
